We do not collect health data, usage analytics, device identifiers, location data, contacts, or any other personal information.

2. What we do not collect

To be clear, MentalSOS does not collect, store, or process:

• Mental health notes, journal entries, or any in-app content
• Messages, calls, or contact lists
• Precise location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Payment information (unless you use a third-party store that processes payments directly)
• Tracking data for targeted advertising

3. How we use the information

We use your login credentials only to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate you when you sign in
• Help protect the Service from unauthorized access
